The organization is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, bringing decades of experience to this unique event.
The conference has a tradition as storied as the RSPA itself. The show is touted by industry professionals as one of the best of its kind — and always an eagerly anticipated event. The Las Vegas venue is the perfect forum for this gathering, as the success of the 2023 version proved.
You know the name, but you may not know the history (all 75 years of it). The RSPA — or “Retail Solutions Providers Association,” if you’re formal — is North America's largest community of VARs, software providers, vendors, and distributors in the retail, restaurant, grocery, and cannabis verticals.

VARs come to the organization for general-counsel guidance, community, and the RSPA Academy. ISVs looking to develop strategic relationships join with other community members to expand their horizons. And vendors and distributors just want to be where the VAR and ISV action is.

The 2024 show promises a mix of the trending issues in retail technology, with an emphasis on executive education; ISV education; sales, marketing, and customer service; industry essentials; and express education. There will also be a focus on new industry voices, focusing on cutting-edge VARs and software developers talking new technologies. And, as always, you can expect exclusive, in-depth discussions about channel opportunities and challenges for all.
Here’s the breakdown by day.
This day is set aside for arrivals and registration as well as vendor meetings in the morning.
More vendor meetings in the morning, continued registration for those arriving this day, and an ISV/Cannabis Reception at 4:30 in the afternoon. Day 1 caps off with a First Look Welcome Reception, Canadian Community Event, and vendor receptions that evening.
Retail gets real with a jam-packed day of sessions and speakers. Sessions are organized by RetailNOW’s areas of expertise: Express Education; Retail IT Essentials; Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service; Executive Education; and ISV Education. Each session is moderated by experts from around the industry.
Monday is rounded out by Expo Hall touring, general sessions, and a W2W/NextGen Communities event.
The final day opens with Expo Hall access in the morning, followed by an afternoon of RetailNOW signature sessions.
That caps the final day, as attendees bid farewell to friends new and old, and they try to figure out how much they lost — or won — at the casinos.
